Joined the service from Ultra. The service in 7 days: down and unable to access most of the time. Support takes forever to answer tickets and they expect someone to pay for a service that is unable to be used. Poor service overall, almost at the point where it is time to find another service already.

They promise a 100% refund within 7 days, but the refund was made at a 10% discount off the amount paid... be careful.
