The Evolve program and support from Angus and extended group throughout was a great balance. It was not too much but just enough to give me the focus, clarity and push that I needed to focus on what I needed for me and my personal improvement. We all have more in us to offer ourselves and those around you and this program helps provide you the roadmap on how to get there.

Evolve Leadership is nothing short of extraordinary. It’s THE community for high-performers and forward-thinkers seeking to elevate their leadership and life to unprecedented heights. Angus and Timm are masterful architects of growth, skillfully guiding us to expand our capacities and thrive in all we do. The community itself has been an unparalleled gift. Together, we’ve formed life-changing connections, uplifting one another through personal and professional challenges, as well as navigating uncertain times. What stands out most is the way we celebrate progress—not just the achievement of goals but the journey itself, where our true value lies. Evolve Leadership has provided me with a safe and empowering space to take off my cape, reflect, and truly transform. I recommend Evolve Leadership a thousand times over. Are you ready to unlock your next level as a legend? C’mon, it's time to Evolve!

Angus is all around great guy and full of wisdom and insight. I worked with him for several months and he helped guide me through some tough times in business and family life. His approach is direct with kindness. He has a lot of life experience in the areas he coaches. Often when people get caught in the weeds, he’s able to listen well, extract the important details and use tools to help guide you forward.

When going through a season of transition, it's so easy to get distracted or derailed. Angus is great at helping cut through the noise to get to the actionable nugget to keep you moving toward your north star even as that star evolves.

As a black business professional, growing entrepreneur, and creative trying to break the ceiling in corporate, transition to agency, and ultimately navigate entrepreneurship, you carry so many things that hold you back from true success. Most times, we do everything in the book, but ask for leadership and growth mindset coaching to level up. Well, that is where Evolve Leadership and Angus came into play. From January 2019 to September 2022, I literally got the tools, perspectives, clarity, infrastructure, and frameworks necessary to ultimately catapult my success! From that time period, with this team, I launched a successful podcast reaching over 100 episodes, Webby nominated that's generated over $25K in sponsorships and $50K in indirect client opportunities. I've also launched a best-selling book for new entrepreneurs and built two 7-figure agencies, living in my truth and confidence. I also became a global public speaker and was able to be on two different advisory boards, all while balancing my life better, being a more present husband, son, and family person while still prioritizing making time for myself and my well-being. No, this is not a joke; this is all real work, real team effort, and real results. Now, yes, I did the work, but I would not have grown and "evolved" into the leader I needed to become to make these things happen with this organization every step of the way, helping me break mental, physical, emotional, and creative barriers to get there.

Angus has been instrumental in my business success over the last few years.

Angus focuses on your identity in a way that makes getting what you want virtually effortless. If you are working on being the best leader you can be, consider working with Evolve Leadership. It starts with you.
