Unhelpful Customer Service, Slow Response
My unit arrived with visible scratches, so I reached out for a replacement. Customer service took three days to reply with a generic ‘it’s normal wear’ excuse. I sent photos proving it was shipping damage, but they kept dodging the issue. Weeks later, nothing was resolved—I felt ignored and ripped off.

Confusing Instructions, Installation Nightmare...
The instruction manual was a total disaster—blurry diagrams, steps that didn’t match, and text that made no sense. It took me an entire day to assemble, mostly guessing as I went. I had to scour YouTube for help because the company didn’t provide anything useful. For something this expensive, they should at least make it easy to put together.

Shipping Delays and Lack of Updates
I ordered this fitness equipment expecting it to arrive in about a week, but it took over three weeks to get here. The tracking info barely updated—sometimes it sat for days with no movement. I called customer service multiple times, only to hear ‘just wait a little longer.’ When it finally arrived, it came in separate shipments, forcing me to chase down packages myself. The whole process was a stressful mess.
