I found a product I wanted to purchase. I had found the same thing on another site, but when I ordered it I was told it was on back order. So, when I went to purchase this item from M-F Athletic I wanted to know if it was in stock. I used the live chat and was greeted promptly. I asked if the product was in stock. The gentlemen asked me what item it was. I was on my phone and if I went back I would loose the chat, so I describe it and he found it immediately. In in formed me it was in stock. I purchased the product and rate this company highly for quick responses and informed customer service. GREAT experience!
