Difficulty with order processing
This is the third consecutive day attempting to order the lightening strike detector. Today the order went through just fine; however, on the two previous days I would get about half way through the process when the site would just "stall out". After waiting for several minutes each time for the process to advance to the next page I would give up. I got the same result using Foxfire, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Today was going to be my last attempt. Fortunately, this time everything worked fine. I am glad things finally worked, but disappointed that it was such a struggle.

Hi Thomas! I do apologize for the issues you had on our site and I do appreciate the heads up on this. I usually get a notification when our site goes down, which is very infrequently. Anyway, I will check with our wed developers and make sure everything is working properly. As far as your order, I tried to help you out a bit and dropped the price down to $75 rather than the $84.99. The product should arrive early/middle of next week. Not a happy customer
My order was placed on May 1st. And as of May 7th my order has not shipped. The order was paid through paypal so I know the payment was sent on the order date because I contacted paypal today a was told the money was sent the day of the order. I have used paypal for years so I know its not on there end. This will be my last order from them.

Hi Daniel! I do apologize for the shipping issue. Since we are closed on the weekends, the order was processed on Monday 5/4 and the hammer was shipped out that day. Unfortunately with Paypal, they can not confirm the shipping day since this item was shipped from the manufacture in Oregon. I just tracked the order and you will receive it on Monday 5/11. Because of the inconvenience, I dropped the price down 15% so the hammer is now $125. Please contact me directly if you have any questions. Their shipping fees for ground are ridiculous, will shop elsewhere.
Your shipping fees for orders over 75 dollars is ridiculous. $20 for a 1.6k discus for standard ground is highway robbery.

I want to apologize for this issue. For online orders, shipping is a percentage of the amount. Most of the time it works our benifiting you as a customer but in this case it didn't. slow and questionable
I ordered my shoes and got a confirmation email but it's been a week and they havent even been shipped. I needed them sooner than this.

Good Morning Tami! I apologize about the experience you've had with our company. With shoes and apparel, if we don't have the size you request, we need to order it from the manufacturer. Relying on them is frustrating and can take a while to get the product. In your case, Nike will not ship directly to our customers. They need to ship to us first and then we ship to you. It's a process. I will contact Nike and find out the delivery time. Anyway, I do apologize and will take 15% off the shoes dropping the price to $51. If you need a spike right away, I can try switching you into something we have in stock. Please let me know what works best.
