Hello Roger! Thank you for your feedback. Our goal always is to provide our customers with fair and accurate shipping charges for their orders. Since we have a variety of equipment in different sizes and weights, the best way to handle online shipping is to charge 15% off the order. Most of the time it benefits the customer, but in this case it doesn't. Anytime you have questions about shipping, please contact us and we can look into other options that may be more cost effective. With regards to your order, if you are not in a huge rush I can certainly ship this via U.S Mail since its a smaller package. I'll email you directly to go over the details. If you have any specific questions regarding this, please feel free to reach out to me, as my contact info is below. As always, we thank you for your business! Hello Steve, Thank you for your feedback. Our goal always is to provide our customers with fair and accurate shipping charges for their orders. I personally looked into the cost to ship your order based on the weight for the order and your ship to address, and the cost you were quoted is accurate. However, it looks like you did receive our Super Sale pricing on your order, so you were able to take advantage of that promotion! If you have any specific questions regarding this, please feel free to reach out to me, as my contact info is below. As always, we thank you for your business!
