Do not order from this company. It’s a complete scam—well organized, but a scam, all the same. I placed an order on 31/07/24 and I haven’t even had an email to say it’s been shipped. Followed up twice with Ash and Jash and still nothing. I hope this website gets shuts down as I’ve wasted a lot of money, and judging by the reviews, I’m not the only one.

EDIT 11 Dec 2024: Order number 630197197 4 Dec 2024: Everhealth what is your email address? I have contacted you twice as the order not delivered and no response from you. The log into account is not working so I have had to try contact you other ways. Really poor customer service. No update. No response and No items. You were good at taking the money though.Where is the order?

They misleading in the offers provided, I guess just to get the customers to buy more, then they said that the offer is not there!!! Very unhelpful customer service, they just give a type of "broken record" response, unwilling to accept their wrongdoing... I only but from them as they sell Garden of life products... AVOID if you can buy elsewhere...

An awful site with awful customer service. Don’t list ingredients on their product pages and when I wrote to enquire about the ingredients in a product, was misinformed, which meant that - due to allergies - the products I bought were unusable. I would not have spent my money with them if I had been correctly informed in the first place. Edit: I finally managed to get a refund but it was an incredibly painful, drawn out and time consuming experience. When the company realized that customer service had misinformed me about the ingredients in the products they sent me, they should have issued the refund immediately. Instead I had to be in touch with them almost daily, send them the same information multiple times (i.e. there was no continuity and no one was able to look back at previous messages in the thread for the information they needed) and was a bad experience that felt (rightly or wrongly) as if they were hoping I’d get tired of the process and go away/give up. I appreciate that I got the refund but in my subjective opinion is that it should not have taken so much time or effort.

Wanted to order a product from Every Health but noticed they don’t have the product ingredients listed on the product page (for foodstuffs this is odd and a bit of a health hazard as people - especially those shopping from a health site - often tend to have allergies or intolerances). Messaged customer service to find out if there was maltodextrin in the product, which I can’t have. Was sent a clean-looking ingredient list and was categorically told “there is no maltodextrin in this product”. Ordered two units of this fairly expensive product. Received it (two weeks later) to find two products in the ingredient list that wasn’t in the ingredient list customer service had sent me, one of them being - you guessed it! - maltodextrin 🤦🏼‍♀️ You can’t have this little visibility of the products you’re sending out and you cannot lie to your customers. It’s just not on. Edit: In response to the request for more information. I’ve already been in touch with your team via both messages and chat and still have zero resolution. Do something about it there if you’re actually dedicated to solving this.

I used to shop from garden of life before they listed on this website. I made the order and it was not clear at the point of purchase that it would cost me £23 to return the items. I called customer service and they were extremely unhelpful. This is something to be aware of when you order from them!!

I'm giving 3 stars because the products are excellent, however, the delivery times are quite ridiculous, unless we were in 1972. For today's world, waiting nearly two weeks for an order to ship from the US to the UK is madness. I think this is the 'new' site for Garden of Life, or some sort of partnership. However, I cannot find lots of other products I buy on either store's website, so they seem to be attempting to push me to see quite how loyal I really am. Luckily for them, I like the products, so am being patient, but it does really need to get better to keep up with the competition as a minimum. Now, do I still get my voucher for a 3 star review? Hope so, as I think I've been quite reasonable...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm waiting for my parcel since the 20th of September. I went to the live chat I was told by the agent that my parcel was delivered on the 26th but it was definitely not delivered to myself nor to my neighbours. Never received a dispatching email or one that states that my order has been delivered. They sent me the tracking number and the status is 'delivered' but to who?? I'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive, you are responsible to send another parcel. Otherwise it means you're a scam
