I've bought several lace front synthetic wigs from everydaywigs & can honestly say that I've loved every single one of them! I found them via a PinUp I follow on Instagram & have never been disappointed by either the wigs or the quality of service. I purchase vibrant & dark colours for my gothic & alternative outfits, & I always get compliments when I wear them; often people actually think it's my real hair. I have experimented & bought cheaper wigs elsewhere but always return to everydaywigs because their product is so much better. In my experience they've always responded to my questions & assisted me when I had a problem.

He realizado un pedido el 19 de Julio, ahora estamos a 26 de Agosto,jamás pensé que podía demorar tanto y siempre darme largas sino de ninguna manera hubiese invertido tanto dinero en ello, escribo y no son nada serios me dicen espera una semana, luego a la próxima semana espera dos semanas, yo quiero que me digan como cancelar mi pedido ya estoy harta... Pedí esto y ahora ya ha pasado tiempo pues cumplan o quiero mi dinero, mi número es el 20168672, pero digan algo que sea verdad, ya que veo un montón de comentarios malos, mientras tanta publicidad de youtubers y ahora esto, máximo 35 días laborables porque ya 20 ya han pasado de seguro, necesito ayuda o tener mi peluca o la devolución de mi dinero

Worst customer service. i placed an order and they charged my card $268 immediately. i received no order confirmation. Their email address is not valid and they have no phone number. No way to contact them, their chat function doesn’t work either. They took my money wasted my time and now i have to file a cc dispute

Have a complaint and you want to hit the "chat" button on their website? It will respond "not online" every time! Well, I ordered a human hair wig on 6/6/20 and they say it shipped on 6/28/20 and provide me with a phony Fedex tracking number. Oh, and we'll see if this gets a response..Look up order number 20168461 and respond with an explanation. I paid $384.00 and now cannot afford to get my sick daughter another wig!

Just don't do it. Ordered from them at the recommendation of a youtuber. Blew £50 on a wig that never came, no response to my emails or Instagram DMs. Thank christ I used Paypal, because I was able to get a refund within days after months of waiting for this wig. Don't chance it.

I ordered my wig mid May. It is now mid July and I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them MULTIPLE times and no response. If nothing else can be done I’m calling and getting a refund because this is ridiculous. I never write reviews but at this point I’m over it.
