3rd time ordering from them, each time has been a great experience because of the lovely customer support. i bought the starter set, plain dispos and the v2 pens. shipping is always super quick(like within 4 days it was at my door step) and the cant wait to make a big 100$+ order for my birthday 🥰🥰🥰. highly recommend. i do wish them had a pen option that had more than 500 puffs. get the strawberry or lychee v2 pens they are so good and so sleek omg im obsessed.

The hookah pens came extremely fast in the mail, right in time for my Halloween plans! I am extremely impressed with this product. I haven't used a hookah pen in many years, but I tried a lot of brands in the late '00s and early '10s. This exceeds the quality of all of them. I mean, my god, the design alone is so sleek and cool. I love encountering sheer competence in business, so thank you very much!

Regular customer here. Delicious and very rich flavors, Their bubble gum and Caramel are my favorites. Also, their customer service is top notch as well. Had a shipment sent to an old address by mistake and they kept in touch throughout the whole process of correcting the order. Highly appreciative. Great product and great customer service! Will continue to be my go-to.
