Fast shipping. I received product very quickly. Bought the Pen Starter kit with menthol flavor. Works great. A good amount of smoke is produced. Will definitely buy from them again.

So I won’t lie, I did wait about 6 weeks for my hookah pens to come in, BUT the product is phenomenal. Delicious flavor, neat packaging. Highly recommend, not just for the product but for the customer service. Lisa is quick to respond, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. I will be placing another order very soon.

the V2 pens were way better than the Fantasia pens. They provide great customer service when it comes to issues , shipping takes long so I probably won’t be ordering again but that’s a personal preference. If you’re looking for good flavored hookah pens the V2 ones are the way to go!

Dear Kat, Thank you for your positive feedback! We are happy that we could resolve the issue and that you like our V2 pens. Kind regards, Lisa
