Ordered 21/02/26... order still in transit- upus first class mail. USA side said arrived and transported within London Heathrow (no customs mentioned). UK royal mail shows hasn't left the US. Granted may not be everychems direct fault but the same thing happened to my Uk friend and may others. everychem Zoe told me to contact them myself and pursue a claim but only the sender can do that.... your on your own!

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I paid a lot of money for this order, and despite that, I have had to wait days for responses to my messages. To make matters worse, my very expensive order was shipped without my address being added to the package. As a result, the package could not be delivered and I still have not received my order. I honestly cannot understand how an expensive international order can be shipped without even checking whether the delivery address is attached correctly. The communication has been extremely slow, and this shipping mistake is completely unacceptable. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved as quickly as possible.

I asked them personally via e-mail if shipment to Germany would be a problem. They reassured me and told they had a good track record. well my shipment got sent back to them and I asked if they could offer a reshipment to a different address and they kept insisting on keeping the money. Purely incompent customer support

I bought their GB115 peptide nasal spray, and it definitely did not have 100 sprays in it. It felt more like 50 sprays max. And this was $34 for only 2mg? Each spray is 200mcg Meanwhile, Umbrella Labs has way better value. Their stuff is like $44, and you get 60 capsules at 2.5mg each. This spray didn’t even last me a full week. On top of that, the Polysorbate 80 ingredient in the spray is annoying as hell — you put it in your nose and it just drips right down no effect since it inflames your nose . No wonder this stuff isn’t FDA-approved matter not saying all of it but this company is trash This shit is ASS. Fuccc this company.

This guy scammed me out 100s of dollars. He is just some dude with a lab in his basement, literally. I highly advise staying away from this kitchen chemist. If he dosn't rip you off first, you will recieve untested chemicals with fancy labels that are made in his basement. Not joking.
