Wow! I have never experienced such poor customer service from an online company! I have read through the reviews and wish I had done this before ordering. I fell for the marketing strategy, the unique design, the appearance of support provided on the older women models. The bra looked liked it would do the job of providing great support. But the bras I received were very disproportionate. The band size was extra large but the cup size was small, almost flat. I requested a refund in which I received a reply they would refund me $7US and I keep the product. They explained it was very expensive to ship the product back to them. We had a back and forth email discussion upon which I received this message from them: Return for exchange will take a very long time. Please be kindly noticed that you need to pay the shipping fee for the return. Since the postage is not cost-effective for you and us, I sincerely suggest that you keep this product. So how about we refund you 9USD as compensation and you keep the products? If it is inappropriate for you, perhaps you can give it to others, or even sell it? _________________ I paid $86.17 for 3 bras, and they are ‘offering’ a $9 refund. This is very poor business. Also, I noticed that the eversocute Facebook page has been taken down, and this very same bra is being marketed under several new FB pages. Sideways.com bra. Etsy-sidewayse bra. Submariner.com. LIBERTYZEAY.com P.S. the only reason I checked one star is that the only way to get to the comments section was to submit a rating first. This company does not deserve ANY stars!

Why oh why didn’t I read these reviews first! Do not buy anything from this company. I bought “buy 1 get 1 free”. They sent one then called me a liar plus it was junk! Do not buy from them!!! Unless you have money to throw away and want to give it to scammers

I has the same problem ! sent them a picture. First they offered me $4.00 for a refund. WOW they went up to $6.00. It came from Iceland and it took 7 weeks to get it. The exchange rate for a $1.00 was 2 cents. I ordered it on May 29th and just received the product middle of June !!

The bras took six weeks to get here and when they finally did get here, I see that they are junk. They are not the size that I ordered and the proportions are wrong for anyone with the slightest bit of curve. I am size 6 and wear a 34C. These fit more like a 38A. When I contacted their customer service to ask for return instructions, this is the reply I got: “We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction. However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you aligns with your original order. As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 9US dollars. Will that be acceptable?” When I told them, no, I wanted a full refund. This is the reply I got: We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction. Relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you. In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high. Is this possible that we increase the compensation to 11 US dollars? So I look into it and sure enough shipping to China would cost about four times what I paid for the product itself. So I will have to take the partial compensation and accept that I have been ripped off for the difference.

the bra is made cheap, the snaps will not stay snapped, the material is like rubber and there is no support, complete rip off, when i sent my complaint to eversocute, via: email they wanted pictures of the bra. i sent 2 front and back. they emailed me back stating they found nothing wrong. there response: As our warehouse checked, your product has no quality issue. With some simple procedures, it can work as normal. Sorry for the inconvenience it has brought to you.

Scam. Ordered two months ago and said it was shipping from UK. Has never showed up.

Horrible! SCAM! Do not order from here! I ordered swimsuits on 4/29/24. The description said made in USA. The tracking stated they were coming from Italy. I’m still waiting though I’ve reached out to their customer service 8 times. They keep saying I’ll have them in 3-4 days. I requested a refund since the event I purchased them for was in late May.

It’s been 20 days and have not received my product. They keep sending me updates with no helpful information. When I ordered it said 3-7 days. We will see if I actually get my order. I do not recommend this company unless you want a headache.
