Problems with refills and length of time waiting on meds. So i checked their review just to see if it was an isolated incidence. I found there reviews were 1.4 stars. I thought i could save money but the hassle is definitely not worth it. I do not understand how a company stays in business with all the complaints, Just use the local pharmacy while costing more they are far more professional.

This pharmacy is the worst option available
This company is the worst. Never do to business with Evernorth or Cigna. Run to literally any other service or insurance company

TRAIN YOUR STAFF OVERSEAS TO KNOW HOW TO HANDLE SITUATIONS
used accredo/evernorth for 4 years for a script. No problem until I switched health insurance. New insurance needed prior authorization (PA) . Between Dr. and Insurance, medicine was approved. Insurance sent me a letter saying so and that they sent the PA to the Dr.
I called accredo/evernorth saying the PA was in, to call the Dr. to have script filled, that insurance and Dr. has the PA. A girl who was struggling to speak English kept insisting that I give her the PA 'number'. It wasn't on my insurance letter and told her again the Dr. and insurance has it. She kind of short wired, kept putting me on hold numerous times and really couldn't understand that the PA does not come from me, the customer. I told her to call the Dr. for a refill and it will go through because the PA was on file. She said she couldn't put in a refill because the script was on hold. I calmly explained yes, it is on hold because it needed the PA, which the Dr. has.......So she abruptly said she couldn't help me and gave me the accredo 'physicians' number.
And literally I went through the same EXACT SAME communication issues as with the previous girl. Nothing was resolved.
I found another pharmacy that handles the drug and will never use or suggest anyone to use accredo evernorth.

Horrible! Do they even know what they’re doing?
Since Express Scripts switched to Evernorth I’ve had nothing but problems. First I got a letter in December 2025 saying that they will no longer be carrying Mounjaro, and gave me 3 other pharmacies that I could use. I was extremely disappointed because I liked Express Scripts. They were very easy to communicate with and delivered my medication on time regularly. I switched to a local pharmacy that was listed. They were very friendly and helpful so it was fine, but after 3 months they ran my prescription and said insurance wasn’t paying. When I contacted Evernorth, they said I could now only use 2 pharmacies for Mounjaro - Walgreens or Express Scripts/Evernorth. That was strange since they told me I COULD’T use them in December, and I had been using another pharmacy for 3 months, but I was hopeful that it would be as good as before. Nope, sent them the script and they say “oh, no you can’t use Evernorth because you aren’t eligible for home delivery.” Then why did you tell me I could?? So, I sent the script to Walgreens. It didn’t pay. I got a letter in the mail at about the same time saying I had to have a 3 month prescription, so maybe that’s it. Had doctor’s office send a 3 month prescription. Nope, no luck. I reached out to Evernorth today and NOW I’m being told I can only use CVS or Wal-Mart! WHAT?? Three changes since December? Or do they just not know what they are doing? This is utterly ridiculous! They are wasting my time, the pharmacy’s time, and my doctor’s office’s time. I am so frustrated I may quit taking it. Is that the goal?? To make people quit so they don’t have to pay for expensive medication? Let’s see how expensive it is when I stop and my diabetes becomes unmanageable. Let’s see how expensive those subsequent health problems are. I keep thinking, how do elderly people or low functioning people manage all of this? I suspect they are going without medications due to the confusion. I get they have to manage their bottom line, but these choices affect peoples’ lives! I plan to make my employer aware of the problems we are having, and encourage searching for other providers.

Evernorth delays/denies ON PURPOSE - fight back!!!
Evernorth - connected to Accredo specialty pharmacy - delays patients access to meds on purpose. I spend hours each month calling and fighting to get my medication that I've been on for years. Terrible company to deal with..
Terrible company to deal with... i am sorry i got Cigna Health Spring. Denials for medication i have taken for years with NO reason supplied. by people that know NOTHING about my medical history. needless to say i will not have them next year.
Run away from these companies they are only about the money.
I’d give a zero if I could.

They are in control you are garbage to…
They are in control you are garbage to them they just want to suck your money not help your health. Drugs at Walmart are lower cost, you can get glp1 cheaper online with online doctor visit, or they just are take the blame for AWPU insurance not paying.

I am a provider
I am a provider. I would give one star if I could. They are the hardest pharmacy to get ahold of, you will spend 45 minutes fighting with AI to finally get to the wrong department who will transfer you to a line that doesn't exist. Unfortunately this was not a one off event. They have cancelled my Rx and unfortunely since we can't actualy speak to anyone we cannot find out why they won't fill it. The last few times this has happend we just resort to sending it to CVS/walgreens instead, but finally I figured I'd leave a review and say something. Please urge your patient's to find better options if even possible. Or better yet, vote for someone who can fix this.
