Worse platform ever. The website never works. Files prescriptions wrong. Keeps you doing extra work. Has to keep you on the phone for minutes to refill the prescription after saying to refill it. I utterly despise this platform. Horrible, horrible service since my script changed and their system filed it wrong now I have to suffer.

Sent my home medications to the wrong address and I have never received. When I called, they tried to say I changed my address until after 3-separate calls, I spoke to a supervisor. I filed a HIPPA complaint. I will not fill with them again. I can go to Walgreens and have things done right.

If I could give zero stars I would. They take more than two weeks to fulfill a prescription that doctor electronically submitted to them. I run out of all my meditations because they require prior authorizations and then “coverage reviews“ for medications I have been taking for years. If my insurance did not require me to use them, I would never use them again. Truly awful.

Since the TRICARE change to Evernorth I no longer get notices of what prescriptions need my attention to update info before they ship. Several times they have been out of several medications that prior to them taking over never were. Got one notice they said were out and didn’t know when they would get it in. Went to local pharmacy and paid much higher price then next day Evernorth notified me prescription was now in stock. Previous company was so good with constant updates and notifications. Changed from never a worry to constant problems. Right now USPS has a tracking code for a delivery from Evernorth today but in Evernorth app there are no prescriptions that have shipped. They don’t keep status / info updated in their app beteeen current to outdated prescriptions. So sad.

I have been dealing with express scripts for years and normally they would resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. That's not the case now that they ars part of evernorth/CIGNA. They seem to deliberately put obstacles in the path. They tell you that everything has been resolved and you get a notice that the product is scheduled for delivery on X date. Then find a different reason not to ship and don't bother to notify the customer. The customer finds out when the medicine doesn't arrive. If you can avoid doing business with this company or it's parent company CIGNA then you'll be better off. This last time trying to get a prescription I have talked with the representatives 5 times and their their supervisors 3 times and I'm still waiting for my medicine. The only good thing I can say is their prices are lower than your local pharmacy but it's not worth the trouble.

This company doesn’t deserve a minus 0, a 1 star is entirely too high for this company. I’m a senior superintendent for a huge company that pays millions a month for our insurance. I just had United Health with the last company I worked with, I had no problems with them mailing a controlled medication to me. On Friday afternoon I go to my doctor and told him I was traveling for this new company so I was going to try their Express Scripts. To my surprise, they refused to fill or mail my sleep apnea medication, this is gotten ridiculous. Once my company finds out that I will need to drive home three times a month to pick up my medications and neglect the job, I’m sure they’re not going to be happy with Cigna. This is a must for a traveling superintendent. I plan on contacting our VP Monday morning so I will follow up once I find out the outcome. If Express Scripts is willing to cost Cigna millions a month, they deserve it to put up with that nonsense. These uneducated Pharmacist need to realize, everyone isn’t a drug addict because they have to take controlled medication. This... We will see how my company handles this. Losing a Superintendent over an incompetent pharmacy isn’t going to go over well at all.

If you go with express scripts, ever north, you will be sorry.. I belong to the Detroit carpenters blue cross and blue shield. these people are the most arrogant, rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. I left multiple reviews with different websites about how they treat you, i requested my prescriptions to be sent to Walgreens. Because I was done with them and they held one back one prescription. as hostage. Because I had a zero balance on my account, i did say that correct.... 0 balance on my account. It's a shame when you rely on your medications and you get them late,You don't get em at all and you have to spend hours and hours and hours and hours and hours on the phone dealing with this company. So I would suggest not dealing with them because you will be sorry.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will say that prior to my insurance updating in Jan. of this year I would have given them 3 stars. Not great, but at least they could do something with prodding. Now they don't seem to be able to. I have spent 5 months, countless phone calls and so many calls and visits to my doctor to get prior authorization information confirmed that it is just unbelievable at this point. The doctor has sent the information repeatedly, I have called this pharmacy repeatedly and I still have NO filled prescription. It seems to be the most disorganized mess. Every call I am told the same thing by customer service, and they seem to be completely unable to problem solve themselves. I detest that this is the pharmacy connected to my insurance and that I am forced to use for my specialty medication. What a waste of time and energy they have been.
