Prescriptions Unexplainably Delayed
In 6 months my wife's pain medication prescriptions have been delayed twice with no explanation. This has caused untoward pain and suffering and mental anguish. Do not use this mail-order pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible, I had an appointment scheduled for weeks, and 1 day before the appointment (I already hit my deductible)they said the authorization was "pending and I would have to reschedule for the new year. When my deductible would reset.... Like that was a coincidence!!! I spoke with 3 reps who all were rude and disorganized, and hung up eventually when I asked them how I could push for resolution (politely.) CIGNA spun up this company to shield themselves from liability in denying your claims. I spoke with both the provider and the hospital who ordered the procedure (CAT scan) that they wanted done by the end of the year. It was authorized, scheduled and ready to go weeks before. CIGNA is a POS company that deserves horrible stock crashing and bad publicity in every light.

We were told that come the beginning of the year my wife will have to use the generic for her leukemia meds. She will run out in a day but they are refusing to supply the brand even though we are not in the new year yet. We have been trying to communicate this with them since early November BUT keep getting pushed off. If we could give ZERO stars we would

Where to start. First I was notified that a prescription I receive more than doubled in price so I spent a day researching and transferred the prescription to a local preferred pharmacy. Now ExpressScripts/Evernorth says the price is half of what they said on the phone. Perhaps because I cancelled it? In the meantime I did receive another prescription that ALSO more than doubled in price. By comparison most preferred pharmacies charge a fraction of the cost. When I called ExpressScript/Evernorth during my initial research I was 'helped' by someone that knew less than I did. I think he was taught to just try to give an annual total, not the price of individual medications, which I was asking for. I couldn't get him to give me individual medication prices or an explanation for the huge increases. It was a long, slow, waste of time. Suffice it to say I don't trust Evernorth/ExpressScripts to give me reliable quotes for medications on their website. It seems to be a bait and switch. I'll stick to the preferred pharmacies as long as their prices are not egregiously more.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Cigna Evernorth’s Massachusetts customer service. The representatives I spoke with did not listen carefully to my concerns, were dismissive, and ended the call abruptly without any polite closing or acknowledgment. Even worse, they failed to log my complaint about a previous agent, showing a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that handles customers this way the service feels disorganized and careless. Very poor communication and no sense of customer care. I do not recommend their customer service at all. Agents i spoke with Gabriel and Leonor

I’m writing to share my frustration with the ongoing issues surrounding a family member’s prescription for an essential daily medication. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem, the refill process has been repeatedly delayed or mishandled, causing unnecessary stress and putting their health at risk. Over the past week, I’ve had to contact customer service several times to correct errors with the order. Each time, I specifically requested one-day shipping to prevent interruptions in treatment, yet the request has either not been processed correctly or has been delayed without explanation. Most recently, I was even given a tracking number that didn’t work and told to call back later for help. Reaching helpful customer service has been extremely difficult. Representatives have provided inconsistent information, and on multiple occasions, the call was disconnected before I could complete the promised feedback survey. It’s unacceptable that a patient relying on a life-sustaining medication has to face these repeated problems. I’m asking for immediate attention to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and shipped on time, and for better communication from customer service moving forward. Patients deserve reliability and peace of mind when it comes to their medications.

Evernorth / Express Scripts is a disaster. They wait until the last possible moment to process and ship medications, and I just received notice of the date I am next allowed to refill my meds. It is a week too late. Customer service is okay sometimes, but more often than not, they are incompetent. One continued to argue with me, didn’t seem to have a grasp on processes, and honestly - I think I woke him. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, she continued to talk over me and repeat the same thing over and over. In the healthcare industry, this level of incompetence is not only detrimental, it is dangerous.

Very unprofessional company screwed the delivery of my shot for my knee two different times. Would not use them.
