Everlifemd put a $438.75 charge on my HSA debit card, but said that there would be no charge until a doctor approved the prescription. That was on 12/12/25, today is 12/18/25 and I have nothing. The website under my product says "still waiting for doctor prescription," I have reached out to their help center twice, with no response and now I am wondering if I just got scammed. HSA says in order to stop the charge, I need to report the card as stolen and freeze the account, but I need the card for a Dr. appointment on Monday, so I am not very happy with EverlifeMd. I read all the good reviews, so I THOUGHT this was a reputable company. Should have paid more attention to the one stars, cause it looks like they were right. Guess I'll cancel my card. (Update) I changed this to a 4 star because after my Trustpilot post, Everlife did reach out to me and completely rectify the situation. Though we did not complete the transaction, I am considering possibly looking into it again in the future. I appreciate their prompt handling of the situation as soon as it was pointed out.

So far, I'm pleased with the co. but I'm unable to give a full five stars until I've tried the med. I sent an email asking a number of questions about the product prior to purchasing, and someone responded back within 48 hours. I'll circle back after I have tried the product.

My order has been returned twice for having a faulty address. I'm absolutely sure I gave the correct address both times. Have to give them credit. They worked hard to make it right. I just received my order so I can’t comment yet on how well it works but the customer service has been excellent.
