I put an order in by accident and asked…
I put an order in by accident and asked for a refund. I was contacted almost immediately by the company, and a refund was offered within two days. Great customer service.

Restora-Z is the best sleep aid ever.
Restora-Z is the best sleep aid I have ever used. I was already familiar with the components on an individual basis but the combination is very effective and leaves you with a clear head in the morning. It has helped me to develop a better sleep habit and I find on some nights I can go without it and still sleep well. I sleep all night and wake up early with the dogs and the sun. My order arrives exactly on time every month. The customer service was great in assisting me with changing my delivery schedule. This helps restore (get it?) my faith in mail order products.

Great customer service.
Prices are decent, quality is first rate. One thing that stands out to me is their support. Several times I have had medical questions and they replied with the answer within an hour or two. Other times when I order, or need to know something about an order, they reply within an hour or two. I'm really surprised about how they handle customer support.
