I have tried so many products for sleep - OTC and herbal as well as several prescriptions. The ones that help me sleep through the night make me groggy in the morning. I was skeptical about a sleep aid I saw online, but this one works fantastic! It helped me fall asleep fast and stay asleep through the night, and I woke up with no hangover effect.
