EXPERIENCE WITH EVERLIFEMD
EXPERIENCE WITH EVERLIFEMD. It is a pleasure to share my experience with you. After facing a financial life issue with being able to continue taking an Everlifemd product, I informed the CS Team at Everlifemd that I needed to cancel my prescription. This company has a staff of finely trained professionals that came together to address my issue. They treated me like I was their only customer. They listened with empathy, compassion and a "can do attitude." The Team focused on my need at hand - which was so awesome because it made me feel heard. I was not just a number or a name, I was a human being and they did everything possible to accommodate my needs, Everlifemd LLC is doing business in a very competitive arena and their staff is not only knowledgeable, they genuinely believe in each of their customers, I will proudly do business with them well into the future and I am grateful there are Customer Service Teams that care and believe.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from the ease of submitting a request to the responsive customer support. They do a great job of getting the request addressed.

Can’t praise Everlife’s Customer Service enough!!!
I had several questions pertaining to as to whether I had ordered the correct product. The folks at customer service were swift, professional, personable, and reassuring! Then I decided to order an additional product. Since they were extremely helpful before, I reached out again and they were most happy to help me navigate. Companies would learn a lot from looking at Everlife’s model for excellence in customer service

Great timely response
I’m genuinely delighted with the outstanding support and thoughtful follow-up I received on my recent request. Due to a delayed package, I asked if future shipments could be sent slightly earlier each month—ideally well before my last dose—so I could maintain a consistent supply and minimize any risk of missed doses. The team listened attentively to my concerns and acted promptly to accommodate this adjustment. I truly appreciate your responsiveness and ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.
