I have had a few subscriptions on different supplements, and the customer service when it comes to canceling or stopping the shipments can be frustrating. I didn't realize that I signed up for an auto-renewing quarterly supplement. When it auto-renewed, they immediately corrected my situation in a very prompt and cheerful way as I chose to discontinue the supplement. Refreshing customer service!
Response from EverlifeMar 12, 2026

We know managing subscriptions can sometimes be tricky, and it’s our goal to make the process as smooth and helpful as possible. We truly appreciate your trust in Everlife and are always here to support you whenever you need us.

I was having a terrible reaction to the peptides I was using, so I readched out to Everlife with my problem and they took care of it immediately!! I had sent the email late Friday and didn’t expect an answer till Monday. However, I got a response and a solution on Saturday. They cancelled the remainder of the subscription and credited me for that last vial. The customer service is top notch! I will definitely continue doing business with them as well as recommending them to others!!
