I am 71 years old and have suffered with insomnia since I was a child. Present day, I was getting ~ 4 1/2 hours of sleep a night. I have tried every OTC sleep aid, every natural sleep aid as well as Zopliclone ( side effects are brutal). I have been taking Restora X for a month & am now sleeping 8 hours & cannot believe the difference in how I feel.
