My experience Involved a cancellation of one product and a continuation of another. My concerns were handled promptly and extremely professionally. I was happy at the resolution and will continue to remain a customer. It felt like doing a deal in a physical store across the counter. That’s a very rare experience in online storefronts. I’ve used peptides for a while now and used one company before this one. I actually gave up trying to communicate with that other company. Responses took days and were confusing at best.
