From hot to cold,
I recently received a delivery from Everlife, Tesamorelin. Tesamorelin is a temp sensitive peptide and must be kept cool. Unfortunately this delivery was not. It arrived at the temperature of the outside environment, approximately 85f. The ice pack had been ruptured. I immediately contacted Everlife and requested a replacement. Everlife agreed and sent out a replacement at no cost to me. I was impressed with their quick response to my concern.
Response from EverlifeMay 23, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the issue with your initial Tesamorelin delivery, as we understand how important proper temperature handling is for sensitive peptides. We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and provide a replacement at no cost. Your trust means a great deal to us, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for choosing Everlife!
