The ordering process was seamless and I received my product very quickly! However, I'm not 100% pleased with the product I ordered. The copper plates I thought would be beautiful and patina nicely turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. It's been several weeks since I received my order and I have several in the garden. If the copper plate is touched by fingers, it leaves finger marks and causes it to tarnish in a very unsightly way. When it gets wet, it worsens the affect. It's next to impossible to not touch the face of the plate. Garden visitors are constantly touching them too.

I've learned from researching this that the fingerprints should become less visible as the copper ages, and within a short time, they should begin to blend into the finish of the tarnishing copper. Give them a little more time, and if you are still not satisfied with the copper nameplates, give us a call to discuss your options. Thank you, April.
