I ordered a $270 bedding set, looked nothing like the picture, embroidery so poorly made, I made a terrible mistake by not looking at reviews, says it’s a small business, it’s not, please don’t make the same mistake I made.

If I could leave negative stars, I would leave as many as possible. This company basically steals from you. I wanted to return something. Can’t get full price back. Have to pay a fee and a percentage. But, get closer to original payment if you choose store credit, so I thought that would be the most frugal choice. That’s when the hell began. I returned the package and waited for my credit. A month passed and nothing-no email, no text, nothing on my account. And…no phone number or helpline to contact them. There is a contact form. I filled it out. The promised response time is 1-3 business days. That time passed. Nothing. I sent another, as well as an email directly from my account. Nothing. Sent another from my account. NOTHING. Finally, the other day, I sent a scathing email from their website, accusing them of theft. They finally emailed me a coupon code for 69$. My original payment was 88$. So, I browse the site. So damn expensive! I found some items that I could tolerate for that price, I had to pay shipping, of course. Oh! And I had to pay shipping to return the original item I wanted to return. I went to check out and am notified that my order does not qualify for shipping because it is “free”. So, now I am obligated to buy something that qualifies me for shipping? In order for them to ship it? This company is a shameless ploy to manipulate its customers out of money. I was originally attempting to buy my daughter a pair of pajamas for Christmas. She didn’t like the fabric. I should’ve kept the pajamas and sold them online. I HATE THIS COMPAY. DO NOT USE IT! I WILL CHECK WEBSITE REVIEWS FROM NOW ON BEFORE SHOPPING AT A NEW PLACE! Ridiculous! How do these people sleep at night?

Terrible product, color didnt match at all, super expensive"handmade" probably by some stupid robot in china. Cant get money back, only in store credit. Terrible company, SCAM

Friendly customer service and quick response to inquiries. HOWEVER, if you choose to return an item you will pay for return shipping AND a 25% restock fee. They claim the item is being handmade and that's why it takes time to arrive. In truth the item is made to order in China and is shipped directly. It arrived in a bag that said made in China. Buyer beware--this bedding set did not match the photos on the website and now because of their return policy I lost $85.00 just for having ordered from them. Also, while there is a line at the bottom of their site that says "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed," there is nowhere to review an item on their website. I'm definitely not satisfied. I usually come to trust pilot first before purchasing from a company I don't know. I didn't this time and won't make that mistake again.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a Duvet cover on July 31 - needed to make a change and despite the website saying changes could be made within 12 hours, site refused to honor their policy claiming the order had processed. Obviously this was not accurate as the item was only issued tracking on August 6 and has still not arrived. At this rate, an exchange will represent an additional expense and, undoubtedly, another 3-4 week ordeal. Clearly, this company is not equipped to conduct business online. Spend your money elsewhere.
