Item arrived reasonably quickly and was exactly as advertised. I wanted a visor that covered my ears and it does that perfectly. I was pleased with the quality.

I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived fast and in good order except they were a fraction too small. I contacted customer support and got a speedy response from Daisy, who was incredibly helpful and friendly, and rectified the issue for me almost immediately! (It would've been faster if I checked my emails properly!) It was so refreshing to have such a positive interaction with a customer support issue and have it all happen so quickly and pleasantly!
