Best customer servuce
Everhikes have the best customer service department. Daisy went above and beyond to help me identify the right product after I’d already placed the order. Great experience, super friendly and very very helpful. Daisy kept me updated with regular emails and we figured everything out very quickly.

Customer support was very fast and efficient. The jacket I ordered was too small, but the issue was quickly resolved. I recommend ordering one size larger than usual.

Fits great
Fits great, received it very timely and is just what I need for my next cruise! I like the quality and the fact that it was accurately described - I purchased a similar product just before with another company which was incorrectly sized and won’t take it back! The quality is. Ice and it does fit in a stuff bag easy for travel. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service!
Possibly the best customer service I've encountered for online support with an order, and I order a LOT online. I love the color of this jacket. The sizing was a little off. Order one size up from what you usually wear. I normally wear a medium, and it fit everywhere but the chest. I got a large and the fit was great. Love the removable hood! Goes great with jeans for travel!
