Why average?
My order was well packaged and delivered as promised. My primary reason for an average rating is that the pickles that were supposed to be spicy barely had any heat. The products I ordered were otherwise tasty and well made. My suggestion is to increase the heat factor for those items advertised as spicy.

Hi David, Thank you for your order. We have over 27 flavors all vary from different heat levels to different flavors, it looks like you have tried a flavor that wasn't to your heat preference. I invite you to try our other flavors like the Hot Pickle, Heat and Sweet and even The Leftovers. The Spicy Chips and Spicy spears are for people who like the flavor of spicy but can't handle the heat. Our website does give a description on the flavors before purchase, Thank you again and I hope we can turn your review into a 5 stars review :)
