Now I gotta say, I've dealt with quite a few collection agencies and quite a few agents. But from my own experience, Tim Janko was quite helpful and honest. He managed to help me out of a tough spot and really did make it a seamless experience and really did help me figure out a good plan to get my debt resolved. I must admit I've had agents who are... well... less then kind. But he definitely stayed friendly and professional, which is rare to find.

I was very impressed with the gentleman that had the job of telling me that I had to pay this money. His name is Tim Janko. Tim was very kind and very helpful. I had been round and round with PayPal regarding this outstanding bill. I never got anywhere. I was denied twice by them. Tim Janko gave me some helpful tips on how to remedy this debt. Tim Janko was a pleasure to work with while he had a horrible job to take on.

I was concerned when I started reading some reviews from other people. My experience was pleasant and Bill was very polite and courteous. He seemed very concerned about my situation and came up with a final settlement amount so I could pay this off and put it behind me. We agreed on a lump sum payment and now I can just move forward and focus on my health without the stress of owing.

In this time of financial unrest, this company goes above and beyond working out the issues. They are extremely professional and compassionate toward people who are struggling to keep their head above water. I give them 5 stars because they deserve it.
