They hearing aid batteries are now in packaging that are child-proof that is great BUT as a senior who lives alone the packaging is nearly impossible to open even with scissors. I carry a pack with me in my purse and don’t have scissors when I’m out and there is no predicting when my batteries will fail, then I can’t replace them.

I have had to buy 2 packs of remote plug sockets. I now have a spare controller as you only get 2 sockets per controller and the controller takes 4 sockets. Why cant they sell 4 sockets in a pack or sell them individually without the controller?
