I’m so thrilled with this company. Excellent customer service and support. They have reached out to us to make sure we’re happy with the vehicle. Cars are still under manufactures warranty. Best prices and you get to take advantage of the depreciation in the EV. We’ve bought two cars from them and had five of our friends purchase as well. I can’t imagine buying a used EV from anyone else.

I had a great experience and got a great deal on both the vehicle I purchased and traded in. I purchased the vehicle without ever seeing it in person. They provided pictures and videos and were completed accurate. The team was great to work with before and after the sale. I will buy from them again....even though I'm on the other side of the country! A+++

I’m truly grateful for the amazing experience I had with Ever Cars, this was on a completely different level compared to any car buying experience I’ve had before. From the very first phone call to visiting their beautiful showroom, everything felt smooth and thoughtfully organized. Having customer parking up front and the car ready upon arrival made a huge difference. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and a team that truly cared. What stood out the most is how different they are from traditional dealerships. There was absolutely no pressure, just honest guidance and support to help me make the right decision. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the showroom is inviting with great music, and the entire experience feels comfortable and stress-free. I also really appreciated how easy their website is to use and how transparent everything is. The whole process was straightforward, with no traditional dealer games or hidden fees something that’s very often in this industry. I’m incredibly thankful for the entire Ever team and especially Giorgi for making this such a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience. I highly recommend Ever Cars to anyone, whether you’re looking for an EV or any vehicle

I worked with this team because I needed pricing for a Lucid, and they have a large selection available. After speaking with many dealers who only ask for your phone number or insist that you come into the showroom, Yevgeniy responded to inform me that they are a one-price platform. He even reached out later to confirm this, which I appreciated since many dealers make similar claims but do not follow through. I am currently waiting for pictures and will be checking them out for my next Lucid. Go Ever!

I recently checked out Ever while searching for a used EV for my wife. Overall, our experience was positive, with only a few neutral aspects. The pricing was transparent, and I genuinely appreciated the less traditional dealership approach. The inventory selection and overall pricing were excellent, which made it easy to compare options and find an EV that fits our needs without feeling pressured, which is a great plus. While we personally did not experience any issues with post-sale service, I did notice that some other customer reviews mentioned room for improvement in post-purchase support and responsiveness. That said, I believe it is important to maintain reasonable expectations. We did not expect them to be as fast as Amazon, so perhaps we simply had reasonable expectations and it did take a few extra days to receive our car. Overall, I would describe Ever as a solid and reliable option for purchasing a used EV, especially if you value competitive pricing and a transparent, non-haggling buying experience. I would recommend giving them consideration if you are in the market for a used EV :)

I had a great experience with EverCars. The entire process was smooth, quick, and straightforward, and the team was friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. They were especially flexible and accommodating during the 7-day return window, allowing me to change cars without any hassle. That flexibility made a huge difference and gave me real peace of mind with the purchase. Overall, a fast, transparent, and stress-free car-buying experience. I’d definitely recommend EverCars to anyone looking for an easy and customer-friendly process.

Fantastic buying experience, purchased my car from ever cars sight unseen and it was even better than I expected. Fair pricing, responsive service and zero bs. Great experience and I’ll be back in the future!

Jensie was fantastic. I emailed her over several weeks about a car I was unsure of. She sent me pics and even FaceTimed me with a walk around. She gave me her honest opinion and I bought the car sight unseen. I was not disappointed. She was fair and accurate. Excellent experience!!
