For connecting your email accounts, we also have a digital version of the user manual available on our website, which provides more detailed instructions and guidance. You can find it here: https://support.everblog.com/portal/en/kb/articles/everblog-fridgecal-user-manual Regarding battery life, the average usage time is 3–5 days, depending on usage and settings. To help extend battery life, we recommend switching to Power Saving Mode when the device isn’t being used, as this can help reduce battery consumption. We completely understand that having to remove your Everblog from the refrigerator every other day to charge it can be inconvenient. If you feel your battery is draining significantly faster than expected, please reach out to our support team so we can take a closer look and make sure your device is working properly. Hi Cindy, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. We’ve identified that the issue is caused by the device occasionally losing its Wi-Fi connection. Our technical team has already found the issue, and an update will be released on August 15 to improve Wi-Fi stability. We’re also planning to release cloud sync on September 30, which will allow you to access your information from the app while you’re away from home, even if the device is temporarily offline.
