Tried their free trial, but did not meet my needs to continue to use (very simple events use). I forgot to cancel after 7 days of trial, but I did not use their features for any event after the trial as I was not satisfied. So, I inquired for a full refund within the same month, and the founder provided me the full refund. Though no phone contact line, they do respond within few hours via email. Though it was not for me, their features look good for weddings and big event organizers.

Due to my role, I'm often putting together events for our clients and have used a number of tools. This particular use was for a personal need and I found eventcreate's templates very user friendly. Only challenge I had was creating the image for my event, it was not clear to me the size the image needed to be so it took a little trial and error. I also thought I was able to use a free version of the tool, but was prompted to pay for a membership at the time of publishing. since I went through the effort of already creating the event, I opted to just pay for the membership. I could see a lot of people walking away from using if there is no free version to use. Maybe I missed something. Either way, think this is pretty neat!

Had a website up and running for a baby shower in about 10-20 minutes. RSVP system was easy and the design setup was a cinch but also looks good. Only reason it isn't 5 star is I found the interface to add a new section a tiny bit clunky (though easy once I figured it out) and there was an occasional issue with loosing focus when editing a paragraph. Would happily use again in the future!
