The worst site to get tickets! There is absolutely no customer support. My show was cancelled but when I asked for refund through their app all I could get was chatbot talking that show is still on according to it resource, it can’t check with venue, will escalate to supervisor but no response for several days!!!

The event got moved by the organiser, so they refunded my ticket minus the service fee. Nice way to make money, just shift things around collecting 10% of the price . It wasn’t obviously stated anywhere as always

Avoid this company! I bought 2 tickets for theatre play Dangerous games on March 19,2026. They canceled this performance and never refunded money! $160! It’s a total scammers! Please don’t make the same mistake!

The Worst experience ever! Scammers ! Don’t purchase any tickets with them I initially purchased 2 tickets with refundable option which is 20$ extra per ticket The same day I couldn’t make it and asked for refund of 1 ticket they still asked for evidence , I sent all the doctors note and everything and they still didn’t refund me anything keep saying As my friend went , they keep saying that both tickets are scanned. In fact I never went there Total scammers!!! 120$ waste
