I placed an order on 09/28/2026 and as of 10/22/2026 the order was postponed for the third time, without any explanation or notifications. The item ordered is not identified or marked as unavailable or not in stock or delayed shipping. Have reached out via e-mail, sent 6 messages and received only two responses again with no explanation or justification. In the end I cancelled the order via telephone. Strongly suggest spending your time and money elsewhere.

If you are in Canada, don’t even bother ordering from them. I ordered a wheel bearing. It was $190 US plus $35 shipping. It ended up being garbage. I took a video to show them and they didn’t even want the part returned. I ended up getting my $190 back but not the $35 shipping ($50 CAN). Then I get a bill from FedEx for $129.50 for import fees, their fees and taxes!! So I paid $179.50 for absolutely nothing!! Do yourself a favour and order from Tesla.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an extremely frustrating experience ordering from EVANNEX. I placed an order for front and rear brake pads along with a front control arm kit. Shortly afterward, I was contacted and told that the front brake pads were no longer available from their supplier. I responded asking for the unavailable brake pads to be refunded while the rest of my order was shipped. After receiving little to no communication or shipping updates, I had to repeatedly follow up myself. Eventually, I requested that both sets of brake pads be refunded and that I still receive the control arm kit. Instead, only one set of brake pads was refunded. I then had to contact them AGAIN to explain that I wanted both sets refunded. After that, they somehow refunded/canceled my entire order by accident and told me I would simply have to place another order. So after waiting for my parts, sending multiple emails, dealing with incorrect refunds, and trying to get a straightforward answer, I’m now back at square one and expected to reorder the part I already purchased. To make matters worse, I tried calling EVANNEX during the business hours listed on their own website and received a message saying I had reached them after closing. Their website lists weekday hours until 8 PM ET, and I was calling hours before that. Mistakes happen, but the combination of poor communication, no tracking/shipping progress, multiple refund mistakes, accidentally canceling my entire order, and being unable to reach someone during their posted business hours made this one of the most frustrating online ordering experiences I’ve had. I expected much better customer service, especially on a $650+ order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from EVANNEX.

purchased 2 Tesla front license plate, during installation of the 1st one, I found it difficult to install and the bracket thread which the bolt is installed weren't following the bolt to screw tight, possibly defective product, since I already spent the time to install, I didn't want to remove it, but I contact Evannex to return the 2nd one concerned that it might have the same defective issue. They will charge for the return under these circumstances.

I ordered a product from this company that they listed as in stock. After waiting over a week for a shipment notification, I had to reach out personally, only to find it was backordered with an unknown delivery date. I then asked for a full refund and cancellation of my order three times. I'm now escalating to my credit card company. As a small business owner myself, I understand that there can be hiccups with fully digital drop-ship arrangements, but you cannot simply take full payment immediately on stock you cannot guarantee shipment, and take 3 weeks and counting to process a refund on something you never shipped.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RETAILER. I’d give them 0 stars but I can’t. Bought a body kit for my 2026 model Y. Cost was $305 shipped. It came in about 1 week later. First, the plastic that you have to peel off the double sided tape was a nightmare to remove. Each piece took 10 minutes. Then, the large front fender didn’t bring any double sided tape on it. I started placing the kit on piece by piece stsruug up front. When I got to the back pieces the last ones didn’t fit. Calling them is terrible so I ended up email with sow one from the company. I explained everything the was going on. They asked for my vin number and photos. I submitted both. Then they wrote to me and said that I ordered the wrong kit. I sent them a snapshot of my receipt and the website description. They then backtracked and said they would send me the 3 new pieces but I had to send them my 3 pieces first. I told them my car looked incomplete. Then they backtracked again and said they had no ship dates till November 5th. They then offered full refund if I peeled all the pieces off my car and sent them back to them. Then they ghosted me. Called my CC and I’m fighting the charges. Rude ripoff artists is what they are

don’t buy from this company, bought parts for $100 and they sent me a plastic panel that’s worth about $10. Tried contacting them with the provide email several times to no avail. Disputed thru my credit card with all the evidence but still bank favors them…I don’t know what they do but it what lies they submitted to my credit card…this company is a scam…Do not buy!!!!

My Cybertruck accessory order was lost in transit. UPS completed the investigation and paid the claim. EVANNEX confirmed that I was eligible for either a replacement or a refund. I chose a refund immediately. Days later, I am still waiting for the refund with no resolution. I understand shipping companies lose packages. That's not the issue. The issue is how a company handles the situation after the package is confirmed lost and the claim is paid. Based on my experience so far, I would think twice before ordering from EVANNEX. If you're considering buying from them, be aware that customer support and refund handling may not meet your expectations when something goes wrong. It's been 2 months since the order date, btw.
