We needed to update all of our evacuation maps in our building so I asked three companies to provide a quote. EMS was the quickest to return the quote. Pricing was very competitive and their follow up was great. They made the ordering process simple and walked me through every step. And quick answers to any question i had.

Outstanding Service and Precision from the Evacuation Map Store
The Evacuation Map Store provided exceptional service throughout the entire process of designing our maps. They were incredibly patient and attentive, turning all of my ideas and suggestions into reality. As the building underwent updates, several adjustments had to be made, but they remained professional and accommodating every step of the way.
Initially, we had ordered 24"x24" maps, but they recommended reducing the size to 23.5"x23.5" to minimize waste, which was a great suggestion, as the difference is hardly noticeable. What stood out to me most was their thoughtfulness in sending one completed map out of the 11 ordered, allowing us to review it before moving forward with full production. The final product exceeded my expectations, and the administration at my organization was equally impressed. We’re now planning to work with the Evacuation Map Store to update all of our campus maps. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.

Hi! Thank you so much for this amazing feedback!
We are beyond pleased to hear that your experience with us and the finished evacuation plans surpassed your expectations!
We take great pride in ensuring the evacuation plans are developed to be as accurate as possible, are compliant with OSHA and other local requirements, and also take care to optimize the plans for readability and visibility for the staff, students and visitors who may visit your building.
As ultimately, the evacuation plans will be posted on the walls of your building to serve your building occupants, our philosophy of development also includes a strong focus on customizing the plans to incorporate what is important for your organization, be it aligning the maps to complement your emergency planning goals, design goals, and also brand identity.
We strongly believe that the evacuation plans should not only serve a functional purpose (to provide access to evacuation information during emergencies) but also should be designed to complement and augment your building’s interior décor.
We look forward to working with you on the plans for the remaining buildings of your campus, thank you so much for choosing us!!
