I'm the client and shared terms of business with TEK Systems to sign which they've delayed doing, we need to have the person starting on Monday (3days) and they now want us to sign their terms despite sitting with our terms for over a week.

Twice this company have offered me a contract, delayed it for weeks and then retracted it. Lied about having PO's in place and even a signed contract won't prevent them from stuffing you up at the last possible moment. I would advise to avoid.

Arrogant and rude. Always fishing for information. Job descriptions far from accurate. Requirements for leadership excellency and mentoring on a regular position with the lowest market rate. I can only imagine what they had promised to a client they could achieve - obviously on your back. Scammers' tactics when your files are handed over to another agent or another manager that puts in other words the same lines. They'll make their agency job done by yourself in no time - tomorrow, tonight, today. Quickly! So you didn't have time to reasonably asses what mud you're getting into. Nonrelevant monthly face to face meetings, words without actions. How fake can it get? Then endlessly writing blurbs and getting testimonials and more fishing with your previous managers - a product needs to sell. They play dirty. If one actually is best in the market and is going cheap this is your horse. Good luck! PS Somehow four 1-star reviews and one 2-star review adds up to 2.8/5 stars on the Trustpilot? Interesting...

Tom Mullins (07387836822) rang my company and pretended to have a 'personal delivery' for our network administrator in an attempt to get through to him on the phone. The lengths some of you go to are embarrassing. No wonder your industry STILL has a bad name for itself.

Dear, to whoever that’s reading this. I had a message in my LinkedIn, saying we are interested to interview you, for an uncapped commission based work at Teksystem. When I saw the message I was very exited and ready to go as it was my first graduate job interview. I was given the interview the next day and had to travel to the office in High Holborn. I had to pay £12 for car park and £11 for congestion charge. Once I got in too the office, I was very exited to go in for the interview with someone called Ashton Moore. She printed my CV in a format which was difficult for her to read, I explain on how to print it out as a PDF, she had a angry face on, however she manged to Print it at the end, even doe I have send my CV in advance way before the interview. She didn’t look at my CV before the interview and she kept on pronouncing my name incorrectly. The interview started as “uff Do you want some water” I told her, thank but am fasting, she said “Well I need a cup of water”. I sat down she had a water and the interview started, I told her my work experience etc and she asked me on why I haven’t worked in 1 placement for a long time, I told her I have only worked in my university holidays which have been 4-5months due to focusing on my education to gain a First class degree. She replied with “Oo well my sister did a similar course do you and was able to work and study for a long period of time” she was comparing my with her own family members and kept on downing my knowledge. I explained my passed experience on a project which I took and did pretty well and I was very passionate to explain my achievements in that role, however she replied with “If that’s what your good at why don’t you go back to doing that role. She didn’t seem interested to hear what I have to say and moved on. I said “you might have difficulties finding the right job when graduated from university, she replied with “Well I didn’t go university at all”. With her eyebrows rolling up. I felt overall that she was judging and wasn’t really interested from the begging of the interview as she seemed forced to take on the interview. She said she does 24 interviews per week for the same position and she will find someone better than me and it’s a NO from us. The interview didn’t go for too long. Overall I wasted my own time travelling and researching on what the business is all night and how it works. Read reviews many many negative feedbacks on different websites. On their website it’s talks about having good diversity and culture, but clearly from my personal experience it didn’t seem anything close to good. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I wouldn’t want to use the word racist as it would be offending however I felt like what was the purpose of Direct Mesaging me throw linkedin and wasting my time and ending up treating me like trash. Be aware! Be alert! And don’t waste your time! Am glad I am not working at Teksystem as I definitely don’t want to be around people like her similar people like her. I have 3+ experience and have BSc Degree which meet the need of the recruiters position. I will end it here and say, we can’t just give up because of companies like Teksystem and don’t put urself down people! Go and find a place to work which is enjoyable and a clean friendly and welcoming environment! Good luck

Called our main business number, asked to speak to a specific member of staff... then tried to poach them.

Extremely rude staff. Had to get in touch via an IT project and the consultant, a chap named Amar Lally was really unprofessional and was trying to flirt with me. He found it amusing whereas I find it absolutely vile and unacceptable. If I’m dealing with work then I would want to be treated with respect from any company. Requested to speak to someone else and he cut me off. I’ve since been trying to lodge a complaint but haven’t heard anything (typical)! The company needs to look into its staff and their behaviours. I have since spoken to my business who will not pursue any further business with them.
