I have had two experiences with direct peptides customer service. The first was bank transfer difficulty which was an error on my behalf, a couple of emails and a screenshot later and the issue was resolved and funds found by the bank and order dispatched. The second was delivery delay in which case I notified direct peptides and asked why. I could not get a definitive answer but was offered na possible solution (covid-19 mailing issues) and my order was sent again. Charlie seems happy to iron out any wrinkles in the transaction and product delivery process. Great customer service 👍.
