The phone worked well for the most part. We had an issue when our flight was changed and we went to Amsterdam. The phone worked fine until we landed in our final destination Milan. We did not know need to do something for the phone to work in Italy. We're going to give it another try and see if it was just a one time occurrence.

Received my phone today for use in Europe. Inexpensive way to stay in touch. I recommend if you travel to Europe.

I just received my eurobuzz phone only 3 days after ordering and I feel set to travel. It has already been more user friendly than my local carrier in giving me what I want for international travel. I wish that I could set the phone up and learn how to use it in the States before I leave, but am set with the UK help numbers if I need them. Ready to go!

Researched several phone plans to use for my trip to Europe. Found EuroBuzz to be the best plan for my needs. Ordered and received phone as promised. Worked right out of the box. Looking forward to having a cell phone for emergency while traveling. Best part is there are no hidden costs.
