So far so good. Am leaving this week for Europe where I'll actually get to use it. So far - directions with phone were understandable - even to me. Quick response when I needed to e-mail for help with password. Have been to Europe a number of times but this is the first time I'll be connected!

I love this phone. I can use it anywhere in Europe to confirm reservations. Also, my family and friends can use the US number to call me if they need to. This time, I will probably use it to call my grandchildren for their birthdays in addition to the above.

The phone arrived quickly and I appreciated that EuroBuzz sent me the tracking number. I wanted to see if the phone would work so I saw that statement on the User Guide that said " to call our EuroBuzz office in the UK from anywhere in the world dial..." so I called from the US to see if the phone would work. It didn't. I left a voicemail and sent an email. After not hearing anything for two days I called again. I received a call back within 2 hours and the lady explained that the statement should include the words "except in the US and Canada". She confirmed that the phone line was open and would work in Europe.

We thought texting was free but we must have misunderstood.

We were concerned about keeping in touch with family while we were in Scotland and Ireland. Our travel agent told us about Eurobuzz and how well it worked for him. We looked into the use of our own cell phones and Eurobuzz. We found that it would be less costly to use Eurobuzz. When we received the Eurobuzz phone I found it easy to set up. We will be able to call more often because of the low cost per call on Eurobuzz. We have a large family and need to keep in touch while we are gone.

Looking forward to testing out our Eurobuzz phones. Ordering was simple. Delivery was prompt and we liked that it came with everything we need to travel - adapter plugs, charging cord, sim card already installed.

Found Eurobuzz from the Modal rep and ordered the service at $29 (sim card plus phone.) Didn't realise the phone would only work in Europe and not in US even though I will have a US and UK numbers (2 on one sim card.) The rate of 79cents per minute in Europe is good. I am willing to pay more to be able to use the phone here in the states especially at the airport. Also, I want to try the phone here to make sure everything works. Will update after I get the better phone. The help center was good.
