BEWARE!!! I just had the same thing happen to me. I placed an order March 5th at 721 pm only received an email saying my order was processing once the funds went through but havent received an email saying its been shipped or a shipment tracking number. I still have not received my item. I tried contacting the company and my messages wont go through and now I cant even get on the website at all. I filed a claim on paypal and somehow paypal has a shipment tracking number from ups stating the package was delivered march 6th at 1031 am to my door. How in the world was the packaged shipped and delivered in less than 24hrs and I have email proof of standard shipping of 5-7 business days. So there is no way I ordered it march 5th at 7pm and got it march 6th at 10 am ... This site is a total scam!!!

Pay pal nor UPS will do anything to help you or refund your money as long as they supplied a tracking number and delivered a product that's all they care about I have been trying and they just tell me basically sorry

I was scammed in early March by this company, just the same story as all of your stories. Official looking sight , and receipts, fake customer service phone numbers, email addresses, tracking etc. What I would like to know is, has anyone gotten their money back from paypal? They closed my case and denied my claim. It's as if they didn't even read the complaint, since they say that there is proof of delivery, even though UPS stated to me that the name on my package, that they say they delivered, wasn't even my name.

Complete scam. Product never delivered. No phone numbers or emails work. Criminals.

This place is a scam. We ordered a car seat. Never got it despite them sending me a bogus tracking number that said it was delivered- to a business BTW(I live in a house). I’ve tried to contact by phone (which the number doesn’t work) and email multiple times and still haven’t heard anything back. I submitted a claim with PayPal which got denied because they received that bogus tracking number... I’m going to attempt again to get my money back. Don’t buy ANYTHING from this site!

Just joined the I got scammed too club...wish I would have seen these reviews prior to purchasing...UPS should be liable or at least that's who they used for my shipment...its obviously not their first time and if enough complain UPS should refuse to do business with them or at least stop enabling them through there service...hopefully PayPal will do due diligence and refund me from these crooks!

Eugeneshop is a total scam. I bought an Xbox controller. Had a UPS tracking # but nothing was ever delivered. The customer service phone # is not in service, the email contact is fake. Total scam! Don't waste your money and time. Hopefully paypal will get my $ back.

I know that I ordered my baby boy that is due mid May this year a infant car seat and I have not heard seen or received any emails or anything else from them and it's really sad because I am really not able to make any money right now due to being in complete bed rest and I would like to know how to go about getting my money back I paid for it through PayPal and I am really not sure how to go about failing or making a report or claim for me to get my money back as soon as possible. May is not far away from now so I am kinda freaking out about it all. I wish I would have just got the same car seat from Walmart and paid the 64.95 instead of 44.95 for it on the Eugene shop website. Complete Scam
