We've spent an hour trying to start playing Diablo IV on Xbox One couch co-op and your stupid system asked us to log into battle.net for each of us, though we're connected to our Xbox profiles, and the each time asking us if we're humans and MAKING US DO 20 PUZZLES EACH AND RESTART IF WE GET IT WRONG??? What is wrong with you? We buy your stuff, the least you can do is make it possible to play it. Your organisation has gone from bad to worse and I urge anybody who's reading this to jump ship. I've learned to love gaming with Diablo, Starcraft and Warcraft. I can't begin to explain how betrayed I feel.

Nicht Nachvollziehbare Versandkosten. Lieferung teilweise in unangemessener Verpackung wie billigen Plastiktüten. Beim Kauf von spielen werden Keys geliefert anstatt die Spiele einfach im Blizzard Account freizuschalten. Man merkt, dass der Shop durch Partner und nicht Blizzard selbst verwaltet wird. Man kann nur hoffen das Blizzard den Partner wechselt oder endlich nen eigenen Shop auf die reihe bekommt. Microsoft kennt sich mit guten Shops aus hab ich gehört werter Herr Blizzard!

Absolutely worst service Cannot change phone number in account Online workflow takes you on a loop de loop with no answers "real" human support does not even read the response I was trying to buy a new game, guess I am not going to now.

Niemals im BLIZZARD GEAR SHOP kaufe, sehr schlechte Kundenbehandlung und nach der Kaufabwicklung dauert es eine ewigkeit bis etwas passiert und das selbst bei nicht personalisierten Gegenständen. Ach und stornieren kann man auch nicht mehr, Umweltbewusstsein ist damit auch nicht vorhanden einfach nur abzocke und eine Frechheit.

I've been playing World of Warcraft for many year's and talking with other people we came across a topic of how bad the costumer service had become. This is exactly why i'm here. I returned to World of Warcraft as many times before and i meet one issue after another, i tried to remove addons and back and forth an endless battle of problems due to the new expansion. I've put up a ticket each time not only is it hard to find correct place to place problems, and in general hard to navigate. But the waiting time? oh boii if your stuck on something you can just logout and kiss the new few days away cause tickets wait time is about 3-5 days. That's just not acceptable when pay for a service "Gametime" I've barely played, i did spend a little time helping out people while i waited for my own issues to be resolved. I asked for a refound after certain amount of problems and then the support drag out the case a bit and then tell me well after 14 days its not possible... If you ever think of buying a blizzard product? well just don't, stop feeding this company Thanks for many years but no thanks anymore

Hier noch ein kleines Update zu meiner vorherigen Bewertung: nach nunmehr 5 Wochen habe ich eine Email erhalten, in der mir erklärt wird, dass ich nun auch keine 30% Nachlass mehr erhalten werde. Der Grund dafür ist, dass die Schäden an der Box "normal" und im "Rahmen" wären bei so einem Transportweg und man damit leben müsste. Es handelt sich hier um einen SAMMEL-GEGENSTAND und da hat kein einziger Schaden dran zu sein! Alle Boxen die ich zuvor im Internet bestellt habe, waren ordentlich verpackt und ohne Schäden, ganz egal woher diese kamen. Ich kann es hier nur nochmal schreiben: FINGER WEG VON DIESEM SHOP! Und @Blizzard: ihr solltet DRINGEND eure Verkaufspolitik überdenken!
