Company cares only about profits, poor customer service from start to finish.
I have no problem with the 220w portable panel, however the Renogy "Phoenix" 500 was a disaster. It has known problems. The first one delivered was a used unit. It failed after powerup and falsely reporting 0% battery, which triggered an "undervoltage protectioon" which disabled the AC ports which could not be restored. After much back and forth with customer service, I was sent a replacement... the last in stock, as the product was discontinued. It failed in the same manner. I was eventually refunded. In both cases I was assured I would be informed of shipper and tracking number, this was not done in either case.
