Absolutely first rate process for a government agency. Wouldn't it be nice if Microsoft Windows knew how to communicate this well!!! The website communication is clear. It took me less than a half hour to actually start the process and receive the visa and that was without the expedited service. And the best part is that you don't have to carry anything around with you. It is tied to your passport, so you don't arrive and have to dig around in your files to find the thing. The UK immigration computer knows the visa is tied to your passport. Note: You have to know how to take pictures on your phone and then get them on the internet, but that is the only hard part for some of us who are technically challenged.
