I was trying to find the perfect way to honor my heart dog, Phoenix, when I stumbled across Eterneva. I set up a consultation with a lovely lady who walked me through the process and answered my questions with compassion and patience. She even gave me her number so I could text her with questions, which I did, but was also careful to not abuse it. The kit I received was so lovely. Everything was packaged nicely. The directions were clear and succinct and the custom video they included was heart felt and a beautiful touch. I sent off her ashes and they sent me videos and updates every step of the way. I got an itinerary of her journey and most was accurate, if not a little shorter time than expected. I got to see her going into the crucible, her puried carbon, the rough diamond, everything. They recorded the entire process showing me the matching names and numbers, ensuring it was her I was getting back. I chose a green, .4-.49 heart cut diamond and I chose to have it set in a ring by a jeweler they use in their area. I sent reference pictures, they sent drawings and my perfect, dream ring came to life! The delivery package was incredibly sweet. I documented my entire journey on Facebook so others could follow along. Phoenix touched so many lives, a once in a lifetime dog. It only felt appropriate to include others in the process. I already plan on honoring others in my family the same way. This whole process was cathartic and beautiful. I highly recommend Eterneva if you are looking for something extra special as a memorial for your loved one(s). The whole process took just over a year from receiving the collection kit to getting her back after being set in the ring. *I have posted pictures on their Google review page, but I can't seem to add pictures here.

The process and timing of my diamond was exactly how they said would be, less then or up to a year. They custom designed a setting for me and it was amazing. The packaging and presentation were pristine, chic, modern and classy. The wall of Honor they have in the office shows an act of compassion, genuine empathy and respect. Looking at the wall with all the loved ones pets and all was breathtaking, and they have enough carbon to make up to 4 diamonds. The gift that keeps giving and living.

I researched as hard as possible to find a place where my Dad’s s ashes would not be accidentally misplaced through the years when I came across Eterneva. The amount of care that was given by every employee was incredible. I was given email updates and sent videos of the process to make this process even easier. I received my Dad's diamond yesterday and was speechless. It’s beautiful and I can’t believe he will be here all the time. Thank you Eterneva ♥️

Two years ago I lost my 15 year old daughter to natural causes. My daughter was always about sparkles and glitter. Serendipitously, she and I had watched Shark Tank years before she passed, and saw how loved ones’ ashes could be turned into diamonds. As a young teenager she told anyone that would listen that she would one day wear her mom and dad, and when the day came, she too would be a diamond. We would laugh and figured these were the extravagant musings of a teenager. When faced with tragedy, we didn’t hesitate in contacting Eterneva, and from the very first call, they honored my daughter. They called her by name, and spoke about her interests. Every communication included a picture of her. Throughout her journey to the beautiful diamond she is today, they would send me thoughtfully curated videos, so that I would know where she was and how it was going. I love that the company was born out of grief, to help others heal in their grief journey. I love that they have researched grief and honor the ones that are gone in such a respectful way. I felt that my daughter was always in hands of individuals that honored her. I would recommend Eterneva to anyone that has unfortunately joined this journey of grief and loss. Hey my family just received an Eterneva diamond for my beautiful grandmother who passed away. Death, like Life, are things that we all will go through, but its never easy for anyone to grieve when someone close passes away. My expression when I received my grandmother's diamond was WOW. The joy that it brought back home was with meaning and a true sense of connection. My family is also in the diamond & jewelry industry for decades - and there are many companies who claim various things. But here with Eterneva, I personally felt there was a high degree of trust and transparency. Customer service was there along the whole waiting-period to share what was happening, and any questions were easily answered. Pricing was a little on the higher side, but we felt it was worth it because of the confidence and reliability. Mark Cuban is also an investor which gave our family added comfort and integrity. Thank you Adelle and the full Eterneva team, the purpose of your company is high and we hope you can enrich the memories of many more to come!

I chose Eterneva to make two diamonds in memory of my dad, one for my mom the other for myself, they are both gorgeous, I can't say enough how much I appreciate it, having them with me finally at home brings me a lot of peace and joy and relief, it means a ton. And they look exactly like the design shared by Steve from Caleesi Designs (the default local jeweler Eterneva has partnership with) , they are just so beautiful, and even much shinier than in the pictures, the crafting is also awesome. I want to thank both Nathan, Steve, Sophie and Jesse, and many others from Eterneva who have helped me in this journey, it's been so tough for me and my family to lose my dad, and you made it possible to keep him by our side in such a unique and beautiful way.

When you think "memorial", a diamond isn't necessarily the first thought that comes to mind. I found Eterneva through binge watching my favorite white noise, shark tank, and was super stoked to see my man Mark support you! Now, I work in the service industry, and have learned all about building a target market; in this case I didn't feel like I was one of them. Obviously the target is a person who has experienced a loss... so at least I have that check mark.. But when looking at social media, I didn't necessarily fit the vibe of the people who were investing in these diamonds. I live on the eccentric side of life, and love to be unnatural in all aspects :) What truly sold me on this process was the Tik Toks that were made. I loved the quirkiness and passion that was shown in creating something SO COOL out of something so sad and tragic. When I booked my discovery call, I was partnered with Mary. You could feel her smile through the phone, her compassion was astounding. Once I got started, I was introduced to Brooke, who opened herself up and shared her story of loss to let me know she wasn't just here for the job, but that she believed in the mission that this company stands for. Working with Caleesi Designs to have a perfect setting for a gem that means the world to me, has been so easy to do. Even when, admittedly, I forget to respond for weeks on end. (sorry) Hannah, the story teller, had reached out to hear all about my mom's story and the remarkable life that she lived. We spent about an hour just talking and joking about my mom and having the space to share her story. With out all of these people, the company would never reach the potential that it has. This company, Eterneva, is the Epitome of customer service. Every person here gives a care, and not because they are paid to. You can feel the love that they have for their position, and the love they have for you, going through something that feels so.....solo. They give you the space to feel heard, to support you through the process of healing. Somehow, some brilliant person at the top, figured out how to main the pain of loss into such a healing and supporting journey. I could never speak higher of a business model; and regardless of the cost, I would choose this path over and over again. Thank you, all of you, for being such a lovely supportive group of humans. There aren't many left, and I am convinced the ones who are, work here at Eterneva.
