I had the best experience with Eterneva. They really do go the extra mile in making sure you are informed of every step in the process of turning a loved one into a precious gem. I had the privilege of working with a lovely woman named Kelly Gibson. She sent us emails and text messages to let us know exactly what is going on. I’m sure all the Eterneva employees are great but I feel fortunate to have been paired up with Kelly to go through this process. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you Kelly and everyone at Eterneva!

Losing my only son was the hardest thing I have ever experienced and still am. He had told his fiancé and me one night at dinner if anything were to ever happen to him he wanted us to have diamonds made from his ashes. As hard as it was, we followed through with this wish. To say we are in love with our final pieces is an understatement. The quality is beyond perfect. They made our entire experience a positive one. They were in constant communication with us both throughout. I cannot thank Kelly, our personal specialist enough. She was here for us and answered all of our questions. He will always be with me. 💚

Loved my experience with Eterneva! The dedication that their team has to helping you create the perfect diamond and memento of your loved one is unmatched. It is a long process but they check in with on every step of the way, and were ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. One of my favorite interactions I had with them was after I had told them more about my mom (who the diamond is) they introduced her to the team and when I was talking to my consultant she said “I think you’re mom would have really loved the science aspect of this.” (Mom was a science teacher) and I hadn’t even thought of that but it was so true! They just really listen and get to know your loved one—they are not just trying to sell you something. It is absolutely worth the investment to have a piece of your loves one with you always. I cannot recommend them enough, and if you are thinking about doing this for your loved one, go for it! Thank you to Liz especially for helping me convey my ideas to the jeweler so I could get exactly what I was envisioning.

I am more than happy with my dad’s diamond and my experience with Eterneva. The team went out of their way to make the experience special and my diamond arrived in first class packaging. I will cherish my dad’s diamond forever.
