Great Experience Start to Finish. The team at Eterneva was very good about communicating what was going on every step of the way and even reached out frequently even when it was during longer steps of the process to reassure me things were going well. They took the time to understand why I wanted to have my dog turned into a diamond and asked for several pictures and stories to help them get to know him better. It helped with getting over the loss of my special pet.

The entire experience was very imitate and personalized. All the email communications with pics and videos always made me feel like they all cared about my son. His ashes and hair were sent over before the one month marker of his death. He was only 29 and I wanted to kept part of him with me on me at all times. I’m so glad I found Eterneva!
