Customer support is terrible. All phone states you must send an email. All emails pile up with a quick automated reply your request has been received or updated. Still waiting after 2 weeks. Brandon must be a robot. I would not recommend etekcity.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone. I have called repeatedly, and they do not answer either phone number, and they don't return calls when you leave a message.
