I’ve been using eTax.com for years now. The software had all the latest Trump tax breaks. No state taxes in Washington, so my 1040 invoice was $24.

I made an earlier review on ETA that after reviewing all options that was based on only 1 minor thing and with careful consideration am changing my review to 5 stars.They walk you through the entire tax process smoothly have all the paperwork you need,and there is simply no easier way out there to file your taxes for the low price of 29.95.Ive searched everywhere and no company beats that price when not using a free one.Money is important these days especially now.I would recommend this company time and time again. Great experience overall! The representatives were professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. The process was smooth, and I felt well-informed at every step. There was some initial confusion regarding a capital loss carryover, but it was handled promptly and ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. Any questions I had were answered clearly and respectfully, which made the experience stress-free. I especially appreciated the follow-up and the effort to ensure I was satisfied. It’s clear they value their customers and stand behind their service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The pricing is also very reasonable, especially compared to some of the bigger names out there. You get what you need without feeling like you’re overpaying. I’ve recommended it to a bunch of family and friends, and they’ve all been happy with it too, which says a lot. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. Based on what I’ve seen personally and from people I know, those seem like the exception rather than the rule.

I have faith in the accuracy and support offered through this product. Tax prep is not my forte; however, I never feel like I’m in over my head. Just follow the prompts!

I was worried about changing from my cpa to an online option, but my cpa was just simply getting too expensive. So I tried them out online. I was pleasently surprised. The experience was pretty frictionless. Everything was smooth and I got the same refund as I always did with my cpa. I'll use them again next year. I need to start using online platforms more often with other things too obviously lol

I use etax every year! Tax time can be stressful, since I started using etax , it took the headache out of filing ,and I always get the maximum refund! The software is easy to use, easy to understand and if u become a return customer, u get discounts as well as audit assistance and more!
