Educational Travel Adventures is an outstanding company to work with! They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly care about creating a great travel experience. What really sets them apart, though, is how they handle things when something goes wrong. Travel doesn’t always go exactly as planned, but when an issue arises, they step up, take responsibility, and find a solution. That kind of service and commitment is invaluable. I highly recommend Educational Travel Adventures. They don’t just plan trips—they stand behind them. I have worked with them for over 15 years and when things do not go as planned, I am at ease Knowing they are there for us and we are alone while on tour.

I've been dealing with ETAdventures for over 15 years and every trip is better and better. Their attention to detail, fantastic Tour Managers, and fabulous staff makes it a pleasure to do business with them again and again. They are trustworthy and always do the right thing to make a trip the best it can be. I would highly recommend them for all your group trips.

ETA has helped us successfully plan and execute over 10 trips with our middle and high school fine arts groups. They have a top-notch team that is always readily available to help both before, during, and after the trip takes place. I feel at ease traveling with ETA, and I would not go with any other company when it comes to traveling with a group, specifically with a student group. Their professional team helps you design a trip that is educational, fun, fairly-priced, and realistic. They always follow through with their trip details and make it easy for educators to execute a trip that is stress-free. If you are looking for a great travel experience from start to finish, do yourself a favor and go with ETA.

Michelle Gordon with Educational Travel Adventures did an amazing job of curating a perfect DC itinerary specific to our 8th grade class. She was always available to answer all of my questions throughout the entire planning process. She had so many helpful tips to make everything run smoothly so I always knew we were in good hands with this seasoned travel agent. Stephanie, our guide on the ground in DC, was also top notch. She was super knowledgeable, patient and great with the kids. She was a prefect blend of professional and fun. Overall, choosing to work with ETA after getting multiple quotes was the best decision I could have made. Not only was the experience wonderful, it was a great value compared to its competitors too. I highly recommend working with Michelle and her team!

We have had an amazing experience with ETA – Educational Travel Adventures! We first used ETA for my daughter’s 8th-grade trip to Washington, D.C., and had such a great experience that we used them again a couple of years later for my son’s trip to D.C. We worked with Michelle both times, and she was absolutely wonderful. Everything was incredibly well organized and so easy from start to finish. The tour guides, itinerary, meals, hotels, transportation—every detail was planned and coordinated to a tee. For a trip involving a large group of students, parents, and so many moving pieces, ETA made the entire process feel seamless. I can’t recommend ETA and Michelle enough. If you’re planning an educational student trip, you will be in great hands. They truly think of everything and make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. They are the best!

From the very beginning our experience with ETA was fantastic. Our tour rep Jason was exceptional and listened to our interests for our itinerary, which was a bit unusual when compared to most trips students take to D.C. and the East Coast. The final itinerary was perfect, and we were able to take our students on a special tour of D.C. and NY that reflected our students' identities, values, and cultures. We look forward to our continued partnership with ETA for our future capstone trips!

Working with ETA/Educational Travel Adventures for several years now has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail made planning our school Washington, D.C. trip incredibly smooth and stress-free. Michelle was amazing to work with—always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us create the best possible experience for our students. The online component is user-friendly and allows me to keep track of the details. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement, we were able to expand our trip from one bus to two buses for the first time, allowing even more students to participate in this unforgettable educational opportunity. ETA truly goes above and beyond to support educators throughout the entire planning process and the trip itself, and it's clear they care deeply about the schools and students they serve. I highly recommend Educational Travel Adventures to anyone looking for a trusted, experienced, and dedicated student travel partner! Thank you for such amazing experiences! Dudley, MA

I have had the pleasure of working with ETA for 4 years now and I could not be more pleased with the level of care and service that this team provides. As an organizer of a school trip, they have been more than accommodating and flexible to ensure that my needs and the needs of my student's families are always met. I have been fortunate to have the same guide with us each year and she is spectacular. She is always willing to adjust the schedule if issues arise. Their care and organization allows me to fully enjoy the trip as much as the students and families. I could not be more impressed with this company! If you are a teacher looking to plan a trip for your students this is by far the best route you could go to ensure a seamless experience.
